Pola Seals
Pola seals realise excellent EMI shielding services
Our Pola seals are a sheet material that consists of solid elastomer with embedded metal wires made from monel or aluminium that are aligned vertically to the surface.
The material provides environmental and EMI sealing when clamped inbetween two metallic surfaces.
The wires are crimped and chemically bonded to support the compression. This enables them to penetrate the majority of the oxide layers and ensure a path with low contact resistance when they have been compressed accordingly.
