The THERMATTACH® tapes by Parker Chomerics consist of an acrylic or silkone lastomer filled with a heat-conducting fabric. The adhesive tapes are all coated with pressure-sensitive adhesive (PSA) and are designed to securely connect heat sinks to electronic components without an additional clamping mechanism.
They are proven to provide excellent reliability in thermal, mechanical and environmental stress and are also available in customer-specific configurations.
