Advantages of thermal paste
Heat-conducting pastes improve heat dissipation by filling gaps between components such as the CPU and heat sink and reducing thermal resistance. This increases the performance and service life of the electronics by preventing overheating. They are easy to apply, can be used flexibly in many industries and provide electrical insulation, which prevents short circuits.
Flexible thermal conductive gels
Our thermal conductive gels are elastic, ready-to-use materials that protect sensitive components and adapt optimally to different distances between components and heat sinks.
They are easy to apply, require no cooling, offer thermal stability and can replace pads of different sizes. They are also reusable and suitable for applications in automotive electronics, power semiconductors and consumer electronics.
Thermal conductive gels are already fully cross-linked and do not harden further. This has the advantage, particularly during maintenance work, that the thermal conductive gels can be removed almost residue-free (without major effort) and reapplied accordingly.

Thermal conductive gels adapt to uneven surfaces, remain flexible and do not dry out, which maintains their long-term thermal efficiency.
