Technical properties of heat conducting film
The heat conducting foils vary in material thicknesses from 0.08 mm to 0,46 mm . They are suitable for operating temperatures from -40°C to +200°C and offer thermal conductivity up to 2.60 W/m-K. Most models comply with flammability class V-0, making them ideal for a wide range of applications in electronics.
