Electronic components generate heat losses. Thermally conductive foils are essential for controlling heat dissipation in order to prevent component overheating and any damage that might be caused through heat accumulation. Thermally conductive foils are designed for use where stable thermal and electrical properties are needed at an affordable price.

These products are provided as non-adhesive products or as products with an optional adhesive layer (PSA) for affixing them in place. They are also available with polyamide or glass fibre reinforcement to protect the foil against it being torn, cut or pierced.
